Booking Process
Please review our services and fees here and choose the option that best suits your needs. When you’re ready to move forward, complete the Service Engagement Form below. Once I receive it, I’ll email you your agreement — valid for 48 hours, during which your booking will be held exclusively for you.
To secure your booking, the agreement must be signed and payment made within the 48-hour window. After that time, the offer will lapse automatically and your booking will re-open for others. One complimentary 48-hour hold is included; if you’d like the agreement re-issued later, a $220 administration fee applies.
The details you provide in the form help confirm the right service for you and will form part of our agreement, so a quick double-check before submitting is appreciated.
Finally, while I’m looking forward to learning about the type of home you’re hoping for, there’s no need to include those details at this stage. Once your booking is secured, we’ll work together to clarify your property requirements, develop your brief and design a strategy for your search. These are all part of the service and we’ll cover them in detail once we begin.
