Here are some of the things we will never do as your Agent (they don’t pass our standard):
We will never outsource your service - or any part of it - particularly to unlicensed providers. Every step of your service is carefully and thoughtfully provided by a licensed renter’s agent. We will not, for example, ask an unlicensed person to attend the inspections so that we don’t have to - we personally inspect every property. It’s what you’d expect.
We will never let our licence lapse. Along with a licence comes requirements for insurance, continuing professional development and strict adherence to the Property and Stock Agents Act - and a Code of Conduct. All there to protect you, the client, and to define high standards. If you think real estate agents have “low” standards, think of how much lower they are for the unlicensed variety!
We will never disregard the inherent trust and responsibility that you, our client, place in us when you ask us to find your home for you. We recognise how difficult moving is - the packing, unpacking, new schools, change of address, settling in, the cost, the adjustment - we understand and we undertake to always do our very best by you and for you.
